Residential Tile Cleaning: Deluxe 7-Step Process
1.Tile Audit
A tile audit is a detailed inspection of your tiles which includes measuring the rooms, checking for any concerns and identification of the type of tile you have so we can clean them safely.
2.Vacuum
Our technicians vacuum with a HEPA upright commercial vacuum that removes any dry soil, hair, dust, etc.
3.Pre-Spray of Detergent
We pre-spray a quality cleaning agent and allow sufficient dwell time for the cleaning agent to break down grease, oil, and dirt.
4.Scrub the Grout
Next, we scrub the grout lines with a grout brush. The grout brush breaks up the dirt and grime that has built up in the grout lines.
5.Rotary Jet Steam Extraction
We use rotary technology to agitate the tiles, spray high-pressure and high-heat water onto the tiles and extract the water and soiling. This flushes out much more dirt than a mop and bucket. And, NO MORE TOOTHBRUSHES!
6.Edging
Next, we manually clean the edges - by hand - to ensure that we haven't missed any spots and so our equipment doesn't damage your walls/skirting boards!
7.Drying
Finally, we dry the tile and grout with a microfiber mop and air movers.
