Craig Holland

Craig has more than 18 years of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. He has qualifications through the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) for carpet cleaning, health and safety, water damage restoration, floor care, odour control, basic & advanced stain removal & upholstery & fabric cleaning. With these qualifications, Craig is a certified journeyman water restorer & journeyman textile cleaner.

Ashley Janke

Ashley started working with Diamond Carpet Cleaning in January 2023. He has completed his in-house training for carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning. Ashley maintains our vehicles and equipment as our workshop manager and oversees our trainee technicians.

Joshua Luckman

Joshua started working with Diamond Carpet Cleaning in early October 2022. Josh has completed in-house training for carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning. His passion for delivering ‘The Most Detailed Clean Ever’ can be seen on the field.

Lari Clayton

Lari started working as a carpet cleaning technician with Diamond Carpet Cleaning in December 2020. In August, 2021, Lari stepped into a dual role of assistant technician and administrator. Her passion for an exceptional client experience can be seen and heard both in the office and out in the field.

Cassandra is the CEO of Diamond Carpet Cleaning and has 13 years of experience in the cleaning industry. Cassandra’s main roles are administration, finance, marketing & operations management, but she can be seen on-site assisting the technicians from time to time. Cassandra is certified through the IICRC for carpet cleaning, health & safety, basic stain removal & upholstery & fabric cleaning. She has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
