The Standard and Deluxe Cleaning Packages are designed for the home owner who wants their carpets to look fresh and new. The Standard Cleaning Package has all the steps necessary to give your carpets a deep down clean. However, the Deluxe Cleaning Package will leave your carpets brighter and dryer quicker.
The Deluxe Cleaning package includes:
- Pre inspection. A pre inspection is a detailed inspection of your carpets which
includes measuring the carpets, checking for any problems, fibre identification and
a complete a spot and stain survey. The pre-
inspection is usally completed at least 2 days before we come to clean the carpets and you are given an exact cost for the clean so there are no nasty suprises. - Removal of furniture. We move furniture like beds, side tables, dressing tables, lounge suites. Heavier items such as TV cabinets and wall units we do not move. We clean around these items.
- Vacuum. We vacuum with a Hepa upright commercial vacuum that removes any dry soil that is loose. If this soil is not removed, it becomes mud when hot water extraction is performed. As the mud dries, it forms clumps of dirt that grind your carpet fibres causing damage and shortening the life of your carpet instead of lengthening it and can actually cause the carpets to look dirtier than before we cleaned it.
- Pre-
spray. We prespray and pre- spot the carpets with our detergent with heat. The pre- spray will remove many stains and spots without additional treatment. However, stubborn stains that are not removed in the normal cleaning process such as red wine, cordial, juices, paint and pet urine that require additional treatment will be attract an extra charge. - Agitate. We then rotary agitate the detergent with a rotary soft brush or agitation pad. This helps break up all the traffic way soiling and cleans the carpet up to 50% better.
- Steam clean. The steam cleaning process rinses out all of the soil and detergent.
- Deodorises and neutralises the carpets. This step ensures there is no sticky residue.
- Dry the carpets with rotary drying pads. This leaves your carpets much drier and up to 20% brighter.
- Return furniture – All of your furniture is returned to its original place. We put foam blocks or protective tabs under your furniture so they are elevated off the carpet.
- Groom your carpet – The gets rid of any cleaning marks and helps in the drying process.
- Final drying step – Blowers are strategically placed to create air movement across your carpets and complete any extra drying that the carpets need.
