Hi! And Welcome to Diamond Carpet Cleaning. We are Craig and Cassandra Holland – owners of Diamond Carpet Cleaning.  We have a 6 year old son, Micah James and a 1 year old daughter Abagail.  We began Diamond Carpet Cleaning in January, 2006 and currently operate it from our home.  Before starting our business, Craig worked as a carpet cleaner for two years and I had been a teacher for 9 years.  

 

Diamond Carpet Cleaning is a team of highly motivated and professional people who are committed to providing, “The Most Detailed Clean Ever...’ for homeowners in Central Queensland.

 

In order top provide ‘The Most Detailed Clean Ever...’ Every team member is or is working towards becoming certified in Certificate III Asset Maintencae - Carpet Cleaning and participates in regular ongoing education.

 

Craig has completed Certificate III in Asset Mainenance - Carpet Cleaning.  He holds the qualification of Journeyman Textile Cleaner & Journeyman Water Restorer.   He is currently trained and certified  in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Carpet Repair and Reinstallation, Floor Care, water Damage Restoration, Odour Control  and Occupational Health and Safety through ‘The Clean Trust’ (formerly IICRC).  He is also qualified in Complete Water Damage, Complete Carpet Care, Upholstery - Leather and Fine Fabric Cleaning and Complete Structural Drying through ITI (Interactive Training International).  He has also completed a Woolsafe course.

 

Cassandra completed Certificate II in Asset Maintenance - Carpet Cleaning which included 2 Clean Trust courses - Carpet Cleaning Technican and Occupation Health and Safety.  

 

Our technician Max is trained and certified in Carpet Cleaning, Uphostery & Fabric Cleaning, Floor Care, Water Damage Restoration and Odor Control through ‘The Clean Trust’ (Formerlly IICRC).  He hold the qualification level of Journeyman Textile Cleaner.
